...He is never going to let this one go.
I had assumed that our tiger was simply some runaway criminal, but it looks like there's a lot more to it - especially given that his pursuer has been stopped from handing out a summary execution.
Or perhaps the horse is simply a stickler for legal procedure. We'll see.
Anyway...Panel 3, great job on the expression.
And I don't know many artists who can make good expression on an anthro horse ( except perhap in a cartoon style or something like that ).
I see the legs on the panel 1 too, I have realise this week it's hard to deal with a characters with legs like that. XD
